Welcome to the Virginia Goodwill® Network

The Virginia Goodwill Network (VGN) was formed with the vision that ALL Virginians should have the opportunity to work. The goal is to serve unemployed or underemployed persons by forging and strengthening partnerships within the business communities, providing greater resources for job seekers and better solutions for employers.

Today, in addition to serving thousands of individuals through our community employment programs, we provide positive economic impact on our communities throughout the state with the operations of our retail stores, employing over 3900 in Virginia; and the repurposing of goods through our Donated Goods programs, keeping over 85 million pounds of material out of Virginia landfills.
